I can’t remember the last time I had a half-decent dining experience on an airplane. I travel economy class, by the way – I’m not some kind of pompous, egotistical person who needs to have everything my way. But truth be told, eating on an airplane is about as satisfying as trying to eat while going to the bathroom, or just eating in the bathroom in general. In lieu of the old design, LSG Sky Chefs have produced a modular tableware system, called Leaves, that is both “ergonomically sophisticated,” as well as aesthetically pleasing.
