Brooklyn-based design and manufacturing company Juniper partnered with award-winning industrial designer David Irwin to produce M Lamp. Founded in 2011, Juniper designs simple, durable products that strive for naturalism in their form and function.

18 months in the making, The M Lamp is described by Juniper as “the world’s most innovative wireless task lamp”. It uses an internal Lithium iron phosphate battery that allows for its powerful LED light source to illuminate for up to 8 hours on a single charge. The M Lamp is built to last. It is composed of high-grade aluminum and metal materials and is available in black white, and orange.

Inspired by 19th century English miner’s lamps, The M Lamp channels its iconic roots through its solid build, strong light and dependable performance in any situation.

I was used to being around his closest contractor buddies and making the usual Home Depot trips with him on the weekends. So, instead of becoming a designer (or even an architect), editing and following design trends became my passion.
