Otto Watt is a minimalist lighting fixture designed by Italy-based designers Alberto Meda and Paolo Rizzatto. The energy-efficient lamp uses eight-watt Phillips LEDs, and uses an aluminum head in order to reduce heat. The most interesting aspect of this lamp is its ability to adjust color temperature and intensity with the switch of a dial.

Cold to warm hues can be easily adjusted by rotating the diffuser. Although the design is visually minimalist, its components such as the head, joint, and arm are complexly detailed within themselves. The catapult-like hinges and mirror-like aluminum makes this light one of the most distinctive and sleek lamps I’ve seen in a while. What do you guys think?
