Paper Lamp by Milk Design Limited

Paper Lamp is a minimalist light created by Hong Kong-based design firm Milk Design Limited. Inspired by origami, Paper Lamp is an incredibly simple design that is easy and fun to put together. The shade of the lamp is made from environmentally sustainable bamboo paper. When folded, the paper has ledges to hold upright against the wooden pegs. (6)

I’m always glad to come across more and more designs that don’t require any screws or hinges to assemble the pieces together. It is incredible how such a simple design and combination of materials can produce this mesmerizingly chic and refined lighting fixture. This is definitely the type of design I want to see in an ambiant setting. What do you guys think?
