Secret of Lancome is a minimalist design created by Czech Republic-based designer Jan Plecháč and Henry Wielgus for Lancome. Secret of Lancome is an adequate design object of the interior. The shape stems from the human eye. The circle is a godlike shape, perfect and proper. The mirror silhouette also partially copies the softness of the Hypnose mascara shape with which it forms an integral pair. The black contour around the mirror resembles a woman’s soft eyes, enhancing and amplifying upon this detail. The mirror can be turned around on its axis as well. In addition, the black frame prevents the piece from being damaged. The black colour results from the nature of the mascara Hypnose and clearly distinguishes the object from its surroundings as the human eye does by its eyelashes.
