Primitive Structure is a minimalist task light created by London-based designer Michael Anastassiades. The light is wireless, allowing users to place the lamp where needed. The lithium battery is rechargeable, and lasts up to eight hours at a time, and charged via USB. The lamp is comprised of two rectilinear volumes that are stacked perpendicular, one atop another. Where the two volumes meet is the point in which the light rotates, allowing users to gently pivot the horizontal element to control the intensity of light.
