Yaling Hand Weights is a minimalist dumbbell set designed by Rhode Island-based studio Work in Use. Yaling Weights are a new form of dumbbell made out of brass and stored vertically in a maple stand. Instead of the typical form with weighted elements on a handle, the Yaling Weights simply increase in length as the weight gets heavier. The set is composed of three pairs of  machined brass rods with knurling for grip weighing 2.5, 4.5, and 6.5 pounds.
