Hayes Residence is a minimal home located in Salt Lake City, Utah, designed by Architect Associates in collaboration with Joseph Sadoski. This ground-up project for an electrical engineer is about energy efficiency and daylit privacy. Features include blackened steel triple-pane storefront, light well, and skylights, radiant heating and cooling, rooftop PVS, and geothermal system.
