Loft Llull is a minimal apartment located in Barcelona, Spain, designed by Skye Maunsell Studio and Jordi Veciana. The project is a 160m2 old workshop stripped back to its raw original state and converted into a multifunctional space adaptable to a variety of different needs. The space is characterized by massive casement windows with their industrial nature matched by exposed HVAC and raw concrete. Contrasting this aesthetic are the use of refined materials throughout, in particular the kitchen and bathroom.
