House # 20 is a minimalist house located in Navarra, Spain, designed by Rue Space. The narrow plot measures approximately six meters wide by 25 meters deep. Located in a historic part of the town, the building maintains the alignment and volume of municipal regulations while simultaneously bringing a freshness to the neighborhood. The facade facing the courtyard is recessed in stages as it rises, thus favoring the entry of light in the courtyard, and resulting in small adjoining terraces to each room of the house.
