Aspen Loft is a minimalist house located in Aspen, Colorado, designed by Amee Allsop. The challenge was maximizing a small space, while maintaining a clean and simple aesthetic. The solution was a lofted mezzanine above the kitchen that would encompass the bedroom along with a standalone bathtub. Abundant natural light is filtered through a series of three skylights above as well as large glazings on either side of the building. The kitchen features a marble backsplash complemented with light wood cabinets.
