Puce Apartment is a minimalist space located in Kiev, Ukraine, designed by Iya Turabelidze. This project is a reflection of a client’s dream to start a new life in a space where everything would be simple, clean, and logical. The second objective was to maximize the space, and as such, the old programming was removed completely. Instead, the spaces are separated only with glass partitions and a hidden wardrobe system. Hidden doors and plinths on the white walls also create the illusion of a bigger space. The apartment has large panoramic windows overlooking the hills of Kiev. All the materials in the apartment are also contributing to the goal of making the apartment appear larger.
