Besares 1731 is a minimalist house located in Aires, Argentina, designed by Panorama Studio. The building is situated within a narrow lot in a neighborhood of medium density. The main concern with development was creating functional yet flexible internal programs. The project is comprised of eight functional units, mixing typological varieties on different floors.
