Clarence House is a minimalist house located in Melbourne, Australia, designed by Rob Kennon. The residences are two light filled townhouses, with individual personalities at street level, aimed to improve the architectural quality of Clarence Street. The interior consists of light wood walls and floors mixed with a white-washed brick. Light wells illuminate the dining area while maintaining privacy.
