Elda is a minimalist residence located in Cuneo, Italy, designed by BLA!. The apartment is on the second floor of a building built in the 1950s. It is located in a special area of Cuneo in a very green and well positioned site. This T-shaped configuration, with the best solar exposition located at the opposite side of the entrance, has determined a radical change of the internal plan. Since the residential unit is independent from a thermal supply, it was decided to adopt an in-floor heating system.
