House 119 is a minimalist house located in Kanagawa, Japan, designed by Takeshi Hosaka Architects. The home is situated across from a river, with views expanding beyond the small residential neighborhood. Due to the site’s location, the architects were able to place vast windows on the upper level to receive maximum sunlight with minimal impact on privacy. The interior features exposed wooden beams and wooden floors.
