House in Takasago is a minimalist residence located in Saitama, Japan, designed by PANDA. The architects wanted to maximize the building’s coverage on the trapezoidal site. The building is a simple box-shaped silhouette with a required minimum opening for the hidden entrance. In order to maintain the privacy of the residents, glazings are either cut off by walls, or placed as narrow strips toward the ceiling.
