House with a Road Around is a minimal residence located in Chiba, Japan, designed by naf architect & design. On the first floor, the south side facing the road has a large entrance that doubles as a meeting space, and the north side has a drawing room that can be accessed through a sweeping window. On the second floor, in addition to the master bedroom of the owner and his wife, there are private rooms for children, and the first floor is constructed so that the signs of both sides can be conveyed through the atrium. The outer wall is composed of a combination of straight lines and curves, and various facades appear in the east, west, south, and north when you go around the road.
