HY House is a minimalist house located in Nagoya, Japan, designed by workcube. The rental apartments are situated on a corner site constructed mainly of concrete. The interior follows suite with exposed concrete for the ceilings and walls. A small courtyard creates a lightwell that maintains the privacy within the home while extracting a large amount of natural lighting.
