Intersection is a minimalist concrete house located in Yokohama, Japan, designed by Takeshi Goto Architects. As the name suggests, the home is situated between two intersections, thus a focus on privacy was the primary objective for the clients. A sloping concrete wall that slightly angles outward allows natural light to enter the space. The direction of the slope follows the same direction as the adjacent road in order to maximize privacy.
