L-Flat is a minimalist residence located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by Uchida Yusuke Architect Atelier. The architects wanted to focus on the surrounding greenery, thus creating a bare facade with small windows. The interior features partial double-height ceilings that allows for a lofted area overlooking the main living space. Skylights and light wells provide abundant natural light into the space without sacrificing privacy.
