Monte da Azarujinha is a minimalist residence located in Azaruja, Portugal, designed by Aboim Inglez Arquitectos. Any existing excess and uncharacteristic elements on the structure were demolished or revitalized, with natural light as the new programmatic focus. Borders were suppressed to allow for circulation between space to space, where the interior and exterior become one. In addition, the glazings and windows slide into the walls in order to completely expose the inside to the outdoors.
