Ryoguchiyakorekiyo Higashiyamaten is a minimalist house located in Aichi, Japan, designed by Kengo Kuma and Associates. The building is characterized by a large roof in the shape of a trapezoidal prism. The large roof is supported by a series of steel beams situated above large glazings, making it appear as though it is floating. The interior is overlaid with Japanese cypress to provide a gentle and relaxed ambience.
