SEAM Center is a minimalist co-working space located in Seoul, South Korea, designed by Urbansociety. SEAM (Social Entrepreneurship And Mission) CENTER is a hub to promote and support social enterprisers. The architects planned to minimize alterations to the exterior but to convert the entire inside of building into a community hub. This building was built in 1990 as a typical multifamily residential building. It borders high-rise apartment neighboring the Seoul Forest. The designers extended the existing outer-stairway and created a new main entrance for the co-working space in order to have closer relationship with the road on the outside of building.
