SEPA is a minimalist house located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by TASS. The residence is comprised of two volumes separated by an intermediary space that is cantilevered, creating a vacant lot for parking on the ground level. Slit windows toward the ceiling and floors allow for additional natural lighting to enter the space without compromising privacy.
