Triangle is a minimalist residence located in Aichi, Japan, designed by H Architects Studio Inc. Adjacent to the main house, the architects planned an extension that would include space for an extra bedroom and a hobby room. It was necessary for the extension to occupy two floors in order to satisfy the client’s needs. The gabled roof provides warm light from a higher position, while the hobby room is soundproof.
