Zig Zag is a minimalist residence located in Kochi, Japan, designed by Kiriko Bureau d’Architecture. The clients requested a media room and theater room for relaxation. The wife of the client also wanted easy access between the main road and the residence’s driveway. The Japanese-styled room features sliding glass door partitions with direct access to the balcony. In addition, the nook and Japanese-styled room are slightly elevated above the main flooring in order to further segregate the spaces.
