Add is a minimalist stool created by Munich-based designer Steffen Kehrle. Add is a stackable stool which appeals due to its clear lines and distinctive natural grain. The compact three-legged stool can be stacked up to six pieces. Made of ash, Add can be a comfortable seat or a small table. This makes it an ideal item for a multitude of uses in private and public interiors such as restaurants, offices, waiting areas, or museums. The frame consists of three bent wood segments and is marked by its elegant, precise details. The legs and frame are made of solid wood, the seat consists of plywood. The robust yet lightweight stool is available in all colors of the collection. On request, Add can also be manufactured with an upholstered seat. All wood comes from controlled sustainable forestry. Each piece of wood has its individual grain and color – that is what makes the resulting piece of furniture unique. The surface is stained with water-based pigments and finished with a hard wax seal. The stoppers under the legs are made from wool felt.
