Aino Coffee Table is a minimal coffee table designed by Brooklyn-based studio Vonnegut/Kraft. It was a gesture that holds tension in its form that was pared down to this shape where the compression creates the cinching gesture. The two tone effect of the natural oak color paired with the black stain exacerbates the sculptural squeeze.
