Arch is a minimalist bench created by Tokyo-based designer Shinya Oguchi. The first consideration from the designer was that most benches generally accommodate three individuals, with people sitting for significant lengths of time. The arch shape not only provides the structure for the bench, but also served as an aesthetic approach to create a sculptural piece. The gentle curved seat invites people to sit on it.
