Bench for Sarah is a minimal bench created by London-based designer Mentsen. The brand is a partnership between two designers, Yasuyuki Sakurai and Risa Sano. The studio name, meaning ‘lines and surfaces’ in Japanese, references to the studio’s combined specialty in product design and visual communication. Working internationally, Mentsen develop visual concepts and offer product design and art direction for businesses and cultural organizations. The dining benches were privately commissioned, and constructed of solid oak.
