Celinde is a minimalist collection of tables created by Austria-based designer Lukas Klingsbichel. Celinde is a set of three cylindrical coffee tables with a tray, made out of European ash wood. The goal for the design process was to create a highly efficient producible wooden product which is flat packable and almost self-explanatory for the unpacking customer, while providing highest quality regarding functionality and aesthetics. Thus the furniture pieces can be assembled with only one screw, using a provided Allen key and the bare hand. The shallow sloped edges of the CNC milled wooden tray allow it to gently slide into its place. Thus the user is guided by the object while paying attention to the served items. The three different sizes are able to accompany single Lounge chairs as well as larger seating areas in cafes and public spaces.
