Chaise is a minimal chair designed by Paris-based studio Exercice for THEOREME Editions. Crafted from a single 5mm aluminum sheet, the chair showcases the limitless potential of metal manipulation as it effortlessly combines form and function in one sleek, streamlined piece. The chair’s designer meticulously sliced, bent, and welded the aluminum sheet to create a seamless, lightweight, and sturdy design. The aluminum chair’s minimalist aesthetic is rooted in its simplicity, stripped of unnecessary embellishments, the chair’s clean lines and unadorned surfaces highlight the inherent beauty of the aluminum material.
