Concave is a minimal chair created by Netherlands-based designer Christian Heikoop. Christian is a Dutch multidisciplinary designer – prone to explore the nowness and the newness; inspiring, exploring and stretching borders of the industry. Working in the field of product design and creative coordination. The Concave family is made from a single material, hammered of a 15mm steel tube. The exploration of the materials properties and possibilities lead to a new shape language which is prominently dominated by its connections.
