Sushi Isono is a minimal sushi restaurant located in Hokkaido, Japan, designed by Jun Igarashi Architects. The space is characterized by a series of archways and arched windows that provide visual access to the various spaces within. The main bar-seating area is quite private, allowing patrons to only gather glimpses from the outside. A private room features a gabled roof with seating up to eight people. Light wooden accents contrast the concrete floors that stop before the bar seating area.
