Apartment K is a minimalist residence located in Chiba, Japan, designed by Kurosawa Kawara-ten. The space is split into two halves, one of which features black tiles and white walls, while the other consists of carpet and wooden walls. In addition, the spaces are separated in ceiling height, with the wooden space slightly lowered. Sliding wooden doors serve as partitions to completely close off either space.
