Apartment in Matsudo is a minimal residence located in Chiba, Japan, designed by Roovice. The renovation opens up the space and increases the height of the ceiling by exposing the piping and concrete. The industrial aesthetic of the ceiling contrasts nicely against the overall minimalist aesthetic of the apartment. A series of custom built storage serve as partitions and kitchen cabinetry.
