B.Y House is a minimal home located in Hangzhou, China, designed by MR LAI Interior Studio. Instead of clearly specifying the functional structure of the interior space, the project offers more possibilities for interior design that are based on the spatial functions and living habits of the users. The warm wood veneer and local gray series of art paint provide the interior area a warm but not stuffy ambiance. Through the use of materials, details, lighting, and functions, the studio is committed to creating a distinctive atmosphere for the entire interior area.
