Bond Street Apartment is a minimal apartment located in New York, New York, designed by Home Studios. While the studio mainly works on hospitality projects, the client entrusted the designers to create a space in which they could raise a family within an open living space and a large kitchen. As a result, the space was gut renovated to make way for an open floor plan. The studio designed custom furniture pieces for the home, including an oak and copper console as well as a three-pendant light fixture. Other pieces were locally sourced from design studios such as Fort Standard, Eny Lee Parker, and Egg Collective.
