CasAmanda is a minimal residence located in Orbetello, Italy, designed by Valeria Presicci and Carlo Pantanella D’Ettorre. Immersed in the Tuscan Maremma, the project stems from the need to connect the built space to the natural context. Modern elements contrast with more traditional materials and shapes. The gabled roof provides spacious height for the upper floors, allowing for expansive views of the surrounding environment. The central staircase is constructed of wood and metal to maintain a consistent design language throughout.
