Dirty Harry is a minimalist residential building located in Basel, Switzerland, designed by NEUME. The Point Commun cooperative has secured a lease for a building in the Lysbüchel area from the Habitat Foundation. The building contains 11 apartments, each of which features a flexible layout thanks to a rotated stairwell core. The structure has been designed with sustainability and indoor climate in mind, with a clay brick façade. The apartments are arranged east to west across two sides and offer the possibility of interchangeable rooms to suit the changing needs of residents. In addition to providing additional living space for the apartments, the stairwell serves as a communal area. On the top floor, there is a commercial kitchen with a public presence.
