Drummond Street is a minimal house designed by Australia-based studio Whispering Smith. Named after a Parish in Scotland “Kinnoull” was built post-gold rush in Ballarat in the 1880s by a Scottish draper, resplendent with ceilings, arches with flourished mouldings. This original home was lovingly restored, it’s 80’s mullet extension corrected and it’s floor plan reimagined to bring the beautiful tree filled garden and rare winter sun into new and old spaces.
