Finesse is a minimalist kitchen created by Tokyo-based designer Tokujin Yoshioka. The kitchen space has become more open, and cooking has become a performance rather than a simple production. In that context, kitchen tools and tablewares are endowed with high quality design. Thus, the designers anticipate that the kitchen in the future becomes that for displaying the beauty of the tools from that of storing and, in a sense, hiding the tools.
