Habitation Privée Lille is a minimalist house located in Lille, France, designed by Mayelle Architecture Interior Design. The interior is characterized by subtle instances of ambient lighting juxtaposed with light wood floors and furnishings. Although the main floor’s skylight creates sufficient illumination during the day, artificially created “lightwells” can be seen throughout the residence, from the bathroom’s vanity, kitchen backdrop, bedroom headboard, and even stairwell handle.
