House of Higashiyama is a minimal residence located in Nagoya, Japan, designed by nanometer architecture. This is a 49-year-old RC rental condominium that has been renovated. The space consists of a raw stripped back aesthetic with exposed concrete throughout the walls. Varying floor materials delineate the interiors, with some of the spaces serving multiple functions.
