Italy is a minimalist restaurant located in Copenhagen, Denmark, designed by Norm Architects. With Cofoco’s new restaurant concept “Italy,” the architects explored the balance between the unknown and the familiar. They created an atmosphere that is Italian, but seen from a Scandinavian mindset. The interior consists of a clash of colors and materials not typically seen in a modern aesthetic, but coalesce into a inviting and comfortable environment.
