Kastelaz Hof Termeno is a minimal villa located in South Tyrol, Italy, designed by Peter Pichler Architecture. The new dwelling is placed on top of a vineyard hill with impressive views of the surrounding lake and mountain valleys. The design of Villa Kastelaz Hof inserts itself precisely into the northern Italian alpine location with its sharp and angular cubature. It not only reacts to the terrain but also offers protection from wind and weather through its design. Its position in the terrain creates a flowing and harmonious transition of the landscape so that it is barely noticeable from the valley and offers sufficient privacy.
