Light House is a minimal home located in Melbourne, Australia, designed by Layan. Layan’s applies a holistic methodology that spans across exterior architectural and interior spaces. This continuity of design ethic ensures consistent application of the design idea and constructs a harmonious interface between the built and natural environments. The architecture is characterized by a series of rotating polycarbonate discs that play with natural light and shadow entering the home. The clients were meticulous in selecting and designing the lighting system.
