NPL. Penthouse is a minimalist residence located in Kiev, Ukraine, designed by Olga Akulova Design. The client is a young man who spends part of his time in Latvia. He requested a comfortable space that requires little maintenance, and also allows for numerous guests. The result is an open floor plan with a detached concrete ceiling and a glass wall. The architects also included a smart-home system to allow for control of temperature, security, lighting, and entertainment all within a single console.
