Paseo de los Parques is a minimal residence located in Madrid, Spain, designed by OOAA Arquitectura. Wood clads a portion of the walls that serve as partitions between the various programs with light wood floors tying the entire space together. Neutral tones are used throughout to maintain a tranquil atmosphere, while large glazings provide light throughout the main living area and dining area. The staircase is clad entirely of darker wood serving as both a visual and physical transition between spaces.
